Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping Sandy Wild Rags! I hope you are 100% satisfied with your wild rag purchase but if not, here are the guidelines.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not.
You can return or exchange products for up to 30 days from the date of purchase. If the product is damaged in transit, you have 15 days to notify us.
Clearance items and custom items are final sales with no returns or exchanges.
For returned products, please verify the following:
- Items can be returned or exchanged within the 30 days from date of purchase.
- Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.
- Return shipping fee is paid by purchaser.
Once we receive your item, you will be notified on the status of your refund after inspecting the item(s).
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item(s) and you are responsible for getting the return back to us. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If item(s) are shipped to an incorrect address and returned to me, you will be responsible for the additional shipping cost. We will be responsible only to confirm delivery to the provided address.
